Cleaning Technician in Coventry

We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizen’s offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry. Position: Cleaning Technician

Salary: £25,893

Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9AJ

Basis: Permanent

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday, 5 working days over 7

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards.
• Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housing.
• Carrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages.
• Using a range of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Removing litter, refuse, and small-scale graffiti.
• Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks.
• Reporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issues.
• Working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and experience:

• Previous cleaning experience.
• A good understanding of basic health & safety.
• A reliable, professional approach.
• The ability to meet set standards and deadlines.
• A full driving licence and ability to drive a small company van (manual).
