Citizen Housing Group is seeking an Asset Surveyor to join our Asset Management team. You will deliver the disrepair service, undertake Part 35 surveys, collect data, arrange remedial works and post inspections across our West Midlands stock.
You will work with colleagues, contractors and customers to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes and contribute to investment, disrepair and surveying programmes across our homes and communal buildings. 37hrs per week, salary £46,877.
