The successful candidate will receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships. This includes two-day training blocks every 4-6 weeks, alongside continuous workplace learning and mentoring, allowing the apprentice to build both technical knowledge and practical experience while developing their career in Data.

What You'll Do

  • Assisting colleagues with day-to-day data management tasks
  • Extracting and processing data for operational stakeholders using a variety of tools, following data quality requirements.
  • Analysing data sources to identify discrepancies, patterns and trends.
  • Assisting colleagues to identify root causes of data quality issues and to work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Assisting with data literacy training e.g. testing new e-learning materials

Training Outcome

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in Data. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
