Key responsibilities
- To provide high‑quality PA support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- To provide diary management to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
- To provide high level administrative support for meetings.
- To support the Senior Leadership Team in the preparation of Board and Committee reports.
- To undertake basic research as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
- To work collaboratively and effectively as part of a shared administrative service.
Qualifications and experience
- Good standard of education to GCSE or equivalent level, including maths and English, or relevant experience.
- Excellent, accurate and timely minute/note taking ability.
- Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience of providing exceptional support to senior managers.
- Experience of working on a 1:1 basis to support diary management.
- Experience of working in a pressurised environment, working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage, organise and prioritise own workload and that of the Senior Leadership Team.
