The Role
- Lead requirements gathering across Front Office, Risk, Operations, and IT
- Drive the design and implementation of Orchestrade for precious metals trading
- Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and developers
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment phases
- Act as a subject matter expert across the trade lifecycle
