Cititec is working exclusively with a commodity trading organisation to hire a hands-on IT Delivery PMO to join their IT Portfolio & Delivery function. This position sits at the centre of technology delivery, acting as the only PMO resource and working closely with the Head of IT Delivery Portfolio. The focus is on providing clear, reliable portfolio insight and reporting across initiatives that span multiple teams and business areas. The role suits someone comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving trading environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide portfolio-level visibility
- Using data from Jira (or Azure DevOps) to track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
- Producing senior management reporting, KPIs, and portfolio summaries
- Identifying trends, issues, and inconsistencies in delivery data and turning them into actionable insight
- Supporting reporting across Agile / Kanban delivery teams and wider IT initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Power BI capability with hands-on dashboard development experience
- Working knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps and how these tools support the SDLC
- Background in technology or IT project delivery
- Experience operating in Agile environments (Kanban preferred)
- Previous PMO experience within trading, commodities, or investment banking
- Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
