We are supporting a major commodities organisation on a large-scale greenfield ETRM reimplementation programme and are looking for a Technical Commodities Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience with Openlink Endur within a complex enterprise trading environment, while also contributing to modernisation initiatives involving AI-driven analysis and solution design. The successful candidate will work across front-to-back trade lifecycle processes and partner closely with trading, operations and technology teams to help shape and deliver robust enterprise-wide solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within commodities/trading technology environments
  • Strong hands-on E/CTRM configuration experience
  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide solutions using industry-standard methodologies
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyse complex problems from first principles
  • Exposure to greenfield implementation programmes would be highly advantageous
  • Understanding of modern solution and design principles
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Technical & Functional Experience:

  • Capturing detailed business scope and functional/non-functional requirements
  • Facilitating business workshops and stakeholder sessions
  • Creation of process maps and testing scenarios
  • Strong understanding of front, middle and back-office trade lifecycle events
  • Preparing, scoping and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Proven experience with data mapping and interface specifications
  • Experience defining both functional and non-functional integration requirements
  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks would be beneficial

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions supporting business analysis, workflow optimisation or solution delivery
  • Experience working on ETRM modernisation or transformation programmes
