A Business Analyst is required to support delivery within a programme focused on cloud refresh initiatives and operational improvements. This role is positioned at a junior to mid-level and will work closely with a Senior Business Analyst based in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will contribute to analysis, tracking, and coordination activities across AWS cloud migration workstreams, ensuring effective documentation, issue management, and workflow establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support analysis activities across cloud refresh initiatives within AWS environments
- Track and manage bugs, control issues, and operational findings
- Collate and structure information from multiple sources into clear, usable outputs
- Assist in establishing and documenting workflows and processes
- Work closely with the senior Business Analyst to support delivery and coordination
- Contribute to identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement within processes
