This role is ideal for a senior engineer, technical lead, principal engineer, or staff engineer who wants to be at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption while remaining deeply involved in architecture, engineering, and delivery. The Opportunity You'll help drive the next generation of AI-enabled platforms, developer tooling, and business workflows across a complex global trading environment. Working alongside engineering and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value. Key focus areas include: Building and deploying agentic AI solutions Designing AI-powered workflows and automation Accelerating software engineering productivity through AI tooling Modernising legacy applications and business processes Developing internal AI platforms and reusable capabilities Evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies Establishing best practices for AI engineering and adoption What We're Looking For We're interested in engineers who have built their careers through hands-on software development and technical leadership.
