The Opportunity
As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for owning and growing a clearly defined vertical. This includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, winning new business, and delivering high-quality candidates into specialist roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from generating new opportunities to placing candidates — with a focus on developing your client base (initially around 80% business development, moving towards a 50/50 split as your portfolio grows). Success in this role means consistently developing a high-quality pipeline of roles and candidates, understanding your clients’ needs, and providing a seamless, professional recruitment service. You are expected to use your market knowledge to identify opportunities, consult with clients, and maintain a consistent delivery standard across all stages of the process.
What You’ll Do…
- Build and scale a profitable permanent recruitment desk within data centres, battery storage, renewables, or energy supply chain - placing technology into Energy
- Partner with global clients across London, Europe, the US, and APAC
- Win new business and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Represent Cititec at industry events, roundtables, and within our Commodities Tech Insider community
- Mentor and develop consultants as we grow our Energy Transition practice
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 permanent recruitment of a similar capacity as detailed above
- Proven track record of building and monetising a desk
- Experience recruiting technologies into renewables, battery storage, energy infrastructure (energy/commodities exposure highly advantageous)
- Strong business development capability and confidence engaging senior decision-makers
- Leadership mindset with a desire to help scale a high-performance team
