Openlink Business Analyst – Configuration

Cititec is partnering with a leading commodities trading firm in London to recruit an Openlink Business Analyst.

The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring and customising Openlink Endur, implementing new products, optimising workflows, and enhancing automation. This role involves close collaboration with the Office, Risk, and Technology teams to improve trading and risk processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and refine existing workflows, driving efficiency and automation across systems.
• Work with development teams to define requirements, implement system enhancements, and conduct testing.
• Configure and customise Openlink Endur, including product template setup, curve configurations, and custom code development/troubleshooting.
• Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing to ensure solutions meet requirements, either independently or in collaboration with the in-house testing team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring sustainability and knowledge retention.

Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive experience with Openlink Endur, particularly in system configuration (curves, templates, and product setup).
• Strong technical expertise in optimising and configuring Openlink Endur.
• Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL).
• Ability to apply ETRM knowledge across different trading platforms.
