Endur Business Analyst | Permanent | London

Location: London (4 days in-office, 1 day from home)

Cititec is working with a greenfield commodities firm looking for an experienced Endur Business Analyst to support and optimise front-to-back office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to Endur expert, supporting users across the trade lifecycle and resolving front-to-back functional issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical and integration issues, particularly around trade data, P&L, and market/reference data feeds.
  • Configure and maintain core Endur components, including deal templates, instruments, and risk valuation models.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable system changes, collaborating closely with developers and support teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, processes, and known issues.
  • Manage user access and work closely with IT security and compliance.
  • Support testing and validation of new features and system updates.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and platform support.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur, including configuration, support, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of ETRM workflows across trading, risk, and back office—particularly in energy markets.
  • Solid SQL skills for data interrogation and root cause analysis.
  • Proven experience in L2/L3 Endur support within a commodities trading environment.
  • Confident in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong communicator with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Scripting (JVS, Python) and experience with tools like Jira are a plus.
