b Overview /b p In this Senior role, you will support the Middle Office by applying regulatory and compliance expertise to post-trade activities. You will collaborate with offshore teams to establish global operating models, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring adherence to investment guidelines and regulations. You will analyze complex issues, propose robust solutions, and help drive cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and risk controls. This position offers exposure to UCITS/AIFMD/regulatory updates and a meaningful opportunity to shape how compliance supports global fund operations. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working from home per week) /li li Competitive base salary /li li Comprehensive benefits package /li li Career development opportunities /li li Supportive, inclusive workplace /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Maintain client relationships with internal/external stakeholders and meet deadlines /li li Keep regulatory knowledge up to date on UCITS/AIFMD and related funds regulations /li li Collaborate with offshore service providers through regular calls and review meetings /li li Lead and support new business onboarding and process integration for clients /li li Resolve outstanding client issues with internal and external partners /li li Monitor service levels (SLA) and escalate issues to ensure resolution /li li Provide compliance support to ensure clients stay within investment guidelines and regulatory rules /li li Identify and address control deficiencies, implementing solutions to mitigate risk /li li Regularly report on project progress, next steps, and outcomes /li li Work with internal/external technology and Investment Restriction Monitoring teams /li li Identify efficiency opportunities to reduce costs and improve workflows /li li Undergo training to support the onshore Client Reporting team during holidays and peak periods /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience in Compliance Monitoring or similar financial services roles /li li Strong technical knowledge of financial instruments and investment strategies /li li In-depth understanding of European fund regulations /li li Bachelor degree; Master preferred; relevant funds industry qualifications advantageous /li li Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /li li Integrity and strong ethics; team leadership and collaboration abilities /li li Excellent written and spoken communication with clients and internal stakeholders /li /ul ul li Strong communication and diplomacy /li li Integrity and ethics /li li Teamwork and leadership /li li Regulatory expertise in UCITS/AIFMD /li li Knowledge of European fund regulations /li li Financial instruments and investment strategies /li /ul
