Overview
In this role you drive data and reporting standardization for Citi’s Core Accounts Transformation, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights. You will shape end-to-end data and analytics capabilities across geographies, working with data scientists, engineers, and business teams in an Agile setting. You’ll advocate for inclusion, engineering excellence, and open standards while delivering value through data-driven solutions. This is a high-impact, hands-on position at a global bank shaping next-gen platforms.

Responsibilities
- Drive the data and reporting standardization framework for the Core Accounts Transformation Program (pilot in Latam, then scale to US/EMEA/Asia)
- Design and deploy datasets as single source of truth for reporting, analytics, and client service
- Capture requirements with Operations and product stakeholders to define data use cases
- Provide thought leadership on resolving critical path problems at global and market levels
- Lead the data transformation agenda to achieve economies of scale across geographies
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver value-focused Agile SCRUM and Data SCRUM processes
- Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and engineering excellence across the group
Key requirements
- Experience in Financial Services focusing on business analysis, business process transformation or platform modernization
- Working knowledge of TTS ecosystem; Flexcube Core Banking knowledge preferred
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-year technology transformation efforts
- Experience with large data volumes and basics of data analytics
- Ability to interpret technical documentation (e.g., ICDs)
- Business analysis experience and ability to build requirements and business cases
- Familiarity with data management and modelling concepts; canonical data models desired
- Process-oriented mindset aligned with data architecture principles
- Ability to write user stories and groom Agile sprints
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; ability to influence and build consensus
