Overview
You will lead the design and delivery of automated pricing, structuring, and lifecycle platforms for multi-asset equity derivatives. Partner across Sales, Trading, Quantitative Strategy, and Technology to accelerate product innovation and transform front-office workflows. The role combines financial engineering with hands-on quantitative development to scale solutions for institutional and wealth clients. You will drive platform modernization, real-time risk tools, and scalable architectures in a fast-paced, global franchise.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy automated structuring platforms with API-driven, scalable systems for real-time pricing and execution of equity derivatives
- Engineer execution and bookbuilding workflows covering the full lifecycle from quotes to booking
- Lead quantitative infrastructure modernization, integrating proprietary libraries and cloud-native pricing engines
- Coordinate cross-functional product delivery, translating requirements into technical specs and managing agile delivery
- Monitor new tech and quantitative developments to identify opportunities for platform upgrades
- Oversee post-trade lifecycle digitalization, barrier monitoring, coupon fixings, and client communication protocols
Key requirements
- Extensive equity derivatives structuring experience in front-office, quantitative analytics, or trading at a tier-one bank
- Deep multi-asset product knowledge with experience in complex payoff structures and volatility modeling
- Advanced programming and quantitative development skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy), VBA/Excel; knowledge of C++, SQL is advantageous
- Proven track record in platform development, automation, API integrations, and agile delivery
- Strong understanding of derivatives pricing models, risk management, and Greeks analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; experience interfacing with institutional clients is a plus
