Overview
In this role you will build data-driven, model-led trading analytics and desk tooling to support Sales, Trading, and Quant teams. You’ll deliver production-grade pricing, risk insights, and desk workflows in a front-office context within Citi’s Equities Technology transformation. You collaborate with traders and quants to create scalable, cloud-hosted systems that empower revenue generation and real-time decision making. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the next generation of equities technology at scale.

Responsibilities
- Partner with traders and quants to deliver production-grade applications and services
- Build real-time pricing and curve-marking tools supporting customer flows and revenue generation
- Develop reusable libraries, APIs, and AI agents to accelerate desk workflows
Key requirements
- Strong software engineering experience in Python and/or Java, building enterprise-grade, cloud-hosted systems
- Experience working directly with trading desks delivering mission-critical capabilities from concept to production
- Good understanding of derivatives pricing and risk management, preferably in equities markets
- Practical experience with agentic development frameworks and patterns
- Collaborative communication with cross-functional teams (traders, quants, product partners)
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive stakeholder engagement
