Market Treasury Technology team is seeking a Lead Business Analyst who has diverse product knowledge and extensive experience of working in the banking industry. The individual will be responsible for business analysis, understanding the underlying data and designing the intraday liquidity solution for our business. The role will be interface between business stakeholders and the Development team covering all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production rollout.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with Business, OPS and Tech teams to drive towards a common solution
  • Perform data analysis using Excel, Python and other data analysis tools
  • Understand existing solutions and eco-system to co-relate with business requirements and gaps
  • Discuss the business requirements/solutions with tech teams to understand tech design
  • Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria to test developed functionality
  • Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders to get their consensus and support

What we’ll need from you:

  • Experience in cash management and intraday liquidity management for a financial institution
  • Very good understanding of various SWIFT messages related to payments, statements and intraday balances
  • Good understanding of core Markets products e.g. FX, MM, Fixed Income especially from cashflow perspective
  • Extensive knowledge of data analysis tools e.g. Python, Excel etc.
  • Awareness of industry trends and technology landscapes
  • Good understanding of modern software engineering practices and technologies
  • Excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills
