As an IT Business Analyst Lead at Citi, you own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, translating business strategy into actionable requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Own requirements end-to-end across the PDLC, including discovery, backlog grooming, UAT, and post-launch validation
- Drive AI/ML use case definition with data scientists and engineers
- Evaluate AI outputs for business fit, bias, explainability, and production readiness
- Champion agile ceremonies and maintain an outcome-aligned product backlog
- Coordinate across sponsors, tech, data governance, risk and compliance to unblock dependencies
- Identify and mitigate delivery and technology risk and propose pragmatic mitigations
- Assess emerging tech and evolving business needs to recommend enhancements or replatforming
- Deliver data-informed analysis to define problems, compare solutions, and influence decisions
- Guide and mentor junior analysts and elevate team analytical capability
- Lead executive stakeholder communications and drive consensus on roadmaps and OKRs
- Support digital transformation by modernizing legacy processes through automation and data-driven decision-making
- Uphold risk, ethics, and regulatory discipline with transparent escalation of control issues
- Key requirements
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or delivery leader in agile environments
- Experience contributing to or leading AI/ML or data-driven projects
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point) and advanced Excel for data analysis
- Familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops)
- Strong BA fundamentals: elicitation, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Knowledge of data governance, model risk management, and responsible AI concepts (preferred)
