Citi is looking for a Director-level Head of Sales Analytics to lead the design and delivery of sales performance metrics and intelligence across Markets. In this role, you will design and build what our senior leaders will use to steer the franchise. You will lead a team of three to five, and work in the intersection of data, finance, and strategy within Citi's Markets business. This role will have high Senior visibility and interaction with Regional Markets Heads, Regional Sales Heads and Markets COO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and ongoing ownership of Monthly Sales Productivity Metrics, producing clear and visually compelling outputs for senior management review.
  • Develop and maintain CV Wallet methodologies across countries and regions, ensuring consistent and accurate representation in various forums.
  • Consolidate and track direct client feedback data from sources including relationship manager meetings, call reports, and client relationship management systems, translating raw inputs into actionable intelligence.
  • Design and produce a monthly Client One Pager for Citi's largest clients, defining both the content framework and the reporting structure to ensure senior-ready presentation of client health.
  • Uncover trends and opportunities in our Client Value, Wallet and Client Feedback data, to deliver commercial impact.
  • Partner with Finance, Coalition, and Client Insight teams to source, validate, and synthesize the metrics and data.
  • Build and implement a self-serve capability, enabling business stakeholders to access key metrics independently through AI-assisted dashboards and tools developed in partnership with the Mumbai Analytics team.
  • Manage and develop a team of three to five, setting direction, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring delivery of all analytics outputs to agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to design clear, intuitive data visualizations and analytics outputs for senior business audiences.
  • Experience owning and defining analytical methodologies that underpin recurring business reporting, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proven capability in sourcing, integrating, and synthesizing data from multiple internal teams and systems to produce a coherent analytical view.
  • Track record of leading or managing small analytical teams, with the ability to set direction and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
  • Ability to operate effectively across cross-functional teams, including finance, client coverage, and data functions, to align on metrics and reporting priorities.
  • Experience building or contributing to self-serve analytics capabilities, including dashboard development and automation of manual reporting processes.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools or platforms, and practical experience applying them to business reporting workflows.
  • Exposure to client analytics or sales performance reporting within a financial services or institutional banking environment.
  • Experience working with coalition or third-party benchmarking data to contextualize internal sales metrics.
  • Understanding of regional market structures, as they relate to client coverage analytics.
