Overview
As Senior Enterprise Data Governance Solutions Lead, you own the end-to-end Adjustments Governance and Transformation strategy across Citi’s global data landscape. You will shape how we identify, govern, and remediate data adjustments at scale, influencing regulatory outcomes and data quality. This high-visibility role interfaces with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable impact. You will lead AI-enabled insights and a cross-functional transformation agenda to elevate Citi’s data governance maturity.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end Adjustments Governance and Transformation plan across the enterprise
- Oversee delivery of adjustment and manual touch point remediation to meet regulatory expectations
- Chair the Adjustment Governance Forum and align regions and functions on governance best practices
- Lead the Data Automation Assessment Plan adoption for enterprise-wide adjustments use cases
- Champion AI-driven solutions for root cause analysis and translate findings into remediation actions
- Lead monthly Adjustment Variance Analysis with domain engagement for ongoing visibility
- Represent Citi in regulator and internal audit discussions and serve as senior accountability for governance matters
- Build and lead a high-performing team with full accountability for performance, hiring, and budget
Key requirements
- 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services
- 8–10+ years leading cross-functional teams at senior management level
- Experience leveraging AI to identify root causes and articulate AI-driven solutions
- Expertise in enterprise data governance with data lineage, glossary, and data quality tooling
- Technical proficiency in data warehousing, reporting, and analytics
- Proven experience engaging regulators and internal audit on data governance matters
- Ability to lead large-scale organizational change and drive adoption with measurable outcomes
