London, England, United KingdomCategory: Institutional Trading, ExecutiveCompany: CitiWe are seeking a VP or Director level Softs and Agricultural Commodities Trader on the Commodity Derivatives Desk, reporting to the Head of Agriculture Trading in London.ResponsibilitiesProvide pricing and market-making services to the global client franchise.Manage risk across a Softs and Agricultural derivatives trading portfolio.Provide market intelligence and insights to the global trading team.Demonstrate a proven track record in agricultural commodities trading while operating within established risk parameters.Relevant experience within the Dairy sector is preferred.Coordinate closely with Sales, Research, Commodities Management (CM), and other teams across Markets, Securities Services, and the broader organization.Deliver budgeted revenue targets within the defined risk framework.Work in close partnership with control functions, including Legal, Compliance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance, to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.Assess the risk/reward profile of transactions when making business decisions, demonstrating appropriate consideration for the firm's reputation.QualificationsStrong derivatives pricing and trading expertise is essential.Undergraduate degree required.5-10 years of experience trading softs and/or agricultural commodities.
