Overview
As Global Head of FX Product Management in Citi Wealth, you’ll design and scale an end-to-end FX product capability across private banking and consumer wealth channels. You’ll own the global product strategy, roadmaps, and digital client trading platforms, aligning across trading, technology, risk, and client-facing teams. You’ll drive real-time collateral monitoring, regulatory reporting, and workflow enhancements to enable seamless, regulated trading at scale. This is a platform-building, transformation-facing leadership role with a strong impact on client experiences and franchise revenue.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global FX platform roadmap for Private Bank and Consumer Wealth
- Lead development of digital client trading platforms across desktop, web, and mobile
- Oversee FX pricing engines, multi-dealer aggregators, and electronic execution capabilities
- Drive STP and multi-channel client access improvements
- Manage FX derivatives, vanilla options, and structured FX products across all wealth segments
- Design real-time collateral monitoring, risk controls, and margining frameworks
- Partner to optimize credit line integration and client onboarding workflows
- Modernize the global FX operating model across execution, order management, booking, and post-trade settlement
- Collaborate with Tech and Operations to reduce manual friction and improve pricing and workflows
- Own FX product governance for regulatory, best execution, and reporting standards
- Lead development of regulatory trade reporting and client performance statements
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on product approvals and regulatory compliance
- Build and lead a global FX product management team and collaborate with Front-Office and Sales
- Represent the function in executive governance committees and regulatory forums
Key requirements
- Extensive FX markets, electronic trading, or wealth product management experience in financial institutions
- Deep understanding of FX market structure and instruments (Spot, Forwards, NDFs, Swaps, OTC Options, Structured FX)
- Experience with derivative product workflows, real-time collateral monitoring, and margin trading systems
- Track record delivering digital trading apps, platform integrations, or order management enhancements
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, best execution, and trade reporting requirements
