Overview
In this role you will shape and govern stability across Citi’s Production Management landscape, leveraging AI and automation to reduce toil and improve resilience. You will work with cross-functional partners to set KPIs, SLOs, and governance standards that align with risk appetite. You’ll translate complex data into executive-ready insights and lead strategic initiatives to mitigate systemic risk. This is a high-impact, leadership role at the intersection of technology, risk, and business objectives, offering opportunities to influence global finance systems and transform stability practices.

Responsibilities
- Define and govern a monthly stability reporting framework with executive-ready visuals
- Model and mature global KPI/SLO frameworks for application stability aligned to risk and business goals
- Apply AI and automation to reduce toil and improve efficiency
- Establish enterprise-wide stability best practices and engineering standards
- Lead cross-functional analyses to propose preventative and corrective initiatives
- Own Focus and Intensive Care remediation programs with senior application owners
- Govern review and attestation of critical stability artifacts (e.g., Change Risk Index, Market Event Management)
- Oversee high-priority stability initiatives, manage stakeholders, and mentor mid-level engineers
- Direct day-to-day stability team operations with autonomous decision-making

- Proven strategic leadership and executive influence with cross-functional governance experience
- Advanced quantitative problem-solving and data-driven diagnostics
- Strong data governance, analytical rigor, and ability to produce auditable reports
- Adaptability to ambiguous environments and shifting priorities
- Proactive driver of process improvement and automation
- Data proficiency with transformation, statistics, and predictive modelling
- Technical proficiency with advanced Excel (VBA, Power Pivot) and presentation tools
