Overview

In this role you will lead internal investigations of HR-related ethics concerns, collaborating with the Ethics Office and cross-functional partners.

You will drive timely, thorough inquiries, support disciplinary actions, and advise on HR policy application.

You’ll work with Compliance, Citi Security and Investigative Services, and the Employment Law team to resolve issues and manage risk.

You will also help design and deliver HR training, sharing your expertise to strengthen policies and practices.

This position sits in Citi Belfast’s Employee Relations team, focused on safeguarding the firm’s reputation while supporting employees.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate HR-related ethics concerns raised through the Ethics Office and other channels, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure thorough resolution
  • Facilitate disciplinary action cases under the Global Disciplinary Review policy
  • Partner with Compliance, Citi Security and Investigative Services, and Audit on investigations of employee misconduct
  • Collaborate with the Employment Law team on agency charges and litigation responses
  • Assist in the design, development and/or delivery of HR training initiatives
  • Coach and consult on interpretation and application of HR policy across employment phases
  • Assess risk in business decisions and escalate/control issues with transparency
