  • Design and produce a monthly Client One Pager for Citi’s largest clients, defining both the content framework and reporting structure to ensure outputs are senior-ready and decision-relevant.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Coalition, and Client Insight teams to source, validate, and synthesize the metrics and data underpinning all sales analytics outputs.
  • Build and implement a self-serve analytics strategy, enabling business stakeholders to access key metrics independently through AI-assisted dashboards developed in partnership with the Mumbai Analytics team.

  • Experience defining analytical methodologies that underpin recurring business reporting, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to source, integrate, and synthesize data from multiple internal teams and systems to produce a coherent and reliable analytical view.
  • Effective at working across cross-functional teams including finance, client coverage, and data functions to align on metrics and reporting needs.
