Experteer Overview In this role you will shape Citi Manager's platform vision and translate client needs into innovative platform solutions.

You will lead the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and client-service teams to deliver data-rich, AI-enabled experiences.

You will own the Citi Manager Mobile app roadmap, enabling card management, payments, and self-service for clients.

You drive innovation, risk-aware decisions, and alignment with Citi's transformation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic product roadmap, development, launch, and go-to-market plans to maximize product value
  • Create data visualization and reporting experiences using AI and latest technologies
  • Drive Citi Manager Mobile app roadmap for card management, payments, and self-service
  • Supervise day-to-day product management and help prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Service to execute product strategy in Agile
  • Shape value propositions, segmentation, targeting, channels, and competitive differentiation
  • Develop country/region plans and coordinate across units; input into strategic decisions
  • Lead market research, product innovation roadmap, and combat commoditization
  • Prepare business plan and product strategy for senior management buy-in
  • Drive innovation with Engineering and current digital technologies; assess risk and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Broad experience with digital products in payments, cards, liquidity, fintech or technology with product development and data analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and reprioritize quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
