Team/Role Overview

The role is within the Risk Technology - Strategic Delivery team focused on cross-asset class delivery execution of strategic programs. Within that, the role is part of a team dedicated to support the cloud-based technology platform adoption for centralized risk and valuation compute — servicing the risk management applications. Your role will be a Technology program lead supporting this application and our Technology clients.

What you’ll do

  • Act as lead program manager for delivery of key business and regulatory projects under Citi’s global cross-asset risk technology strategy.
  • Manage new Markets and Risk cross-asset risk compute projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters of agile teams to create and maintain detailed project plans with high-level milestones.
  • Coordinate on dependencies and facilitate discussion across asset class technology teams and quant teams, and cloud technology partners to resolve outstanding risk and issues.
  • Produce presentations and reports for senior management and regulators alike on progress on key programs.
  • Work closely with program-level directors and managers to provide status and feedback on projects.
  • Attend workshops, working groups and other relevant meetings with senior representatives from Risk, Finance, Ops & Technology, Cloud Technology vendors, Front Office, Internal Audit, and other groups.

What we’ll need from you

  • Must have experience working within Markets Technology function working on derivative valuations and calculations, and understand the derivative products in an investment bank.
  • Must understand derivative pricing, models and market data inputs and drivers that impact processing optimization.
  • Distill complex information and present in concise terms to enable senior decision making and direction.
  • Ideally experience of working as a Scrum Master approach and responsible for setting up Jira.
  • Can demonstrate that drives or challenges stakeholders to deliver on execution, and not merely track progress.
  • Has experience working on migrating complex compute functions onto cloud platforms and resolution of issues with cloud optimisation and adoption.

What we can offer you

You’ll be part of the key strategic cloud compute function build-out across markets and all asset classes, working with Front Office markets technology, Markets Quantitative team and Risk Technology teams at the forefront of cloud computing. You’ll be part of a wider Program Management team covering multiple initiatives and opportunities going forward.
