Job purpose: Working with Corporate Bankers to support the origination and onboarding of Banker Led clients across various portfolio industries, for the Treasury & Trade Services (TTS) product suite. Be the client advocate in managing the Citi network, +100 countries to ensure client satisfaction. Acting as a primary point of contact with the clients and working closely with the Corporate Banking team, Treasury & Trade Services (TTS), Market & Securities Services and Capital Markets. Coordinate and address a broad range of topics for clients, delivering best services and handling a significant volume of day-to-day requests/issues both from internal functions and clients they are assigned to.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate Banking team with account opening
  • Input CRM deal
  • Work with the Account Service team
  • Work with billing team if/when pricing issues arise
  • Channel Services - Citidirect, CitiConnect, File Needs
  • Engage regional team, when required
  • Handle queries on other TTS products – cards, receivables, liquidity structures, trade finance products, Worldlink, security accounts.
  • Account closure
  • Work in partnership with TTS Products and provide relevant support, and drive completion of projects.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee in partnership with Operations updating customer account and/or product structures.
  • Act as an escalation point for Clients on Account and TTS related items, liaising with the internal teams where needed to ensure Operations and Product are taking the appropriate steps, and responsibility to resolve items raised by the clients.
  • Escalate internally when required.
  • Be the interface between the KYC Analyst and the CEs.
  • Work to ensure CITIKYC/AML requirements are met for new business opportunities, and work in partnership with Operations and Implementations to ensure deals implemented and support provided to the client.
  • Work in partnership with Trade Implementations for the issuance and associated documentation for Guarantee’s/LCs.
  • Provide support where necessary for the coordination of RFP’s.

Knowledge/Experience Qualifications:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated person to support Bankers and the existing RA team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgement and use initiative, but know when to refer, ensuring Bankers are able to focus on the marketing effort and revenue generation.
  • Knowledge of/experience base in corporate banking is an advantage.
