The Project Manager, Regulatory & Site Operations (C13) will provide critical support to the Banking Delegate in navigating the complex landscapes of the SMF24 (UK Senior Manager Certification Regime) and PCF49 (Irish Individual Accountability Framework/SEAR) forums. This role is essential for ensuring robust regulatory compliance, mitigating personal accountability risks, and enabling the delegate to maintain a strategic focus on core banking objectives. Additionally, this position will oversee the efficient management and operations of the London site.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Forum Support & Compliance (SMF24 & PCF49): Information Gathering & Synthesis, Documentation & Reporting, Action Item Management, Escalation Management, Communication Liaison.
- London Site Operations Management: Operational Oversight, Resource & Facilities Coordination, Local Compliance, Issue Resolution.
- Operational Resilience & Risk Mitigation: Monitoring & Reporting, Process Enhancement, Documentation of Controls.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Significant experience in project management, business analysis, or operational roles within the financial services industry. Proven experience in a highly regulated environment, with exposure to UK and/or EU financial regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated experience in supporting senior leadership in complex environments. Experience in site management or operational oversight is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, understanding of banking operations, technology, and risk management principles.
