We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP, Product Specialist to join our Prime Finance team in London. The role involves developing, structuring, and negotiating financing structures for Citi's clients, contributing to business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will operate independently in a fast-paced environment, influencing the strategic direction of the Prime Finance product suite.
Primary Responsibilities- Develop and structure innovative Prime Finance solutions tailored to client needs, including Swaps, Stock Loans, and Repos.
- Lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders on Prime Finance structures; drive solutions and manage booking model changes.
- Collaborate with sales, trading, legal, risk, and operations to ensure effective delivery and execution of solutions.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify new product opportunities and improve offerings.
- Provide subject matter expertise on funding, stock lending, and margin loan booking models; demonstrate a strong understanding of financing structuring and robust analysis.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Prime Finance product suite.
- Extensive direct experience in a product role within Prime Finance.
