The ETD EMEA Deliveries Manager is a Senior Level position responsible for the EMEA Exchange Traded Derivative Deliveries Team, covering all Front Office Post Trade Cash & Physical Expirations across Commodities, Fixed Income, Equities, Rates & Index's. The overall objective of this role is to manage and develop the European Deliveries team, lead identification, mitigation and resolution of operational risks, promoting a culture of accountability, technical excellence and innovation, building strong relationships with trusted stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Own end to end lifecycle around high risk physical and cash deliveries for exchange traded contracts across European markets.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the deliveries process and nuances across European markets.
  • Front to Back knowledge of Clearing & Settlement processes.
  • Able to assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration to the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and its assets.
  • Analyse & expose ambiguous, complex or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and lead process improvement tracking through to resolution.
  • Implement controls to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed and contribute to defining the workflow standard.
  • Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives and risks on operational budget.
  • Set objectives and evaluate performance, support training & development of the team.

What we need from you:

  • Extensive experience in a related senior level role and people management.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Power & Gas desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
