Team/Role Overview

If you are passionate about sourcing talent for revenue generating positions, this is an opportunity to join Citi’s Global Talent Sourcing team. The sourcing team is responsible for the direct execution of candidate management, search and intelligence. This opportunity is to support our revenue generating business lines with a focus on Banking, Wealth, Markets and Services hiring. The successful individual will also cover other revenue generating business lines such as Investment Banking and Wealth based on hiring demands. The successful individual will be responsible for the delivery of talent sourcing and intelligence projects which support the acquisition of talent for Citi.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with hiring managers and recruitment partners to manage talent sourcing processes
  • Take ownership for the delivery of talent candidate pipeline against assigned requisitions
  • Build and maintain a network of talent candidates in priority disciplines and markets
  • Oversee the provision of high-quality market intelligence (i.e. organizational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends)
  • Partner with in-house Executive Search function
  • Conduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Perform against a set of measures and continually improve outcomes – contributes to the quality, time and cost of talent acquisition for the Executive & Specialist segment
  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders with regard to talent market across EMEA and North America
  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” talent sourcing guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

What we’ll need from you:

  • Direct delivery experience of sourcing either in-house, RPO or from within the recruitment agency industry
  • Experience of sourcing revenue generating hires across one of Banking, Wealth, Markets is essential for the role
  • Expert knowledge of specialist ‘resourcing’ market practices: able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and attract passive and active candidates at all levels by utilizing sourcing techniques
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing via social media channels, Boolean or x-ray searching
  • A strong working knowledge of candidate attraction channels
  • Credibility with candidates and leaders: ability to lead conversations and influence outcomes
  • Is a subject matter expert; has contacts for market intelligence, referrals and pipelining needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments
  • Experience of managing candidates through a recruitment process
  • Proven ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Experience of utilising Workday and Eightfold is beneficial but not required
