Role Overview/What will you do:

  • Lead the coordination, implementation, and consistent execution of controls across our global FX technology stack.
  • This role will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and alignment of our FX systems, ensuring all platforms and processes meet operational, risk, and compliance standards.
  • The SVP will collaborate across multiple teams, including technology, trading and operations, to ensure smooth execution, scalability, and innovation.
  • Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders is a key skill required.
  • The role does not involve budget responsibility.
  • Lead and present global and regional updates to engage team in the progress of organization.
  • Contribute to defining and implementing best practices and processes for the department and ensure transparency and consistency across teams.

Key Skills and Experience required

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FX technology, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment at all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive leadership in an FX organization (ideally) with deep understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Experience of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on complex and cross-functional projects.
  • Extensive stakeholder management across all levels Technology and Markets Businesses.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of IT development/Engineering, product management and program management to enable effective collaboration with partners from those disciplines.
  • Experience in multiple areas of the financial services domain e.g., consumer, institutional, risk, compliance, and finance to facilitate effective communication with partners.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to take control of a situation when required.
