Responsibilities Lead strategic product development and transformation initiatives across the Funds Middle Office Business, ensuring each program aligns with overall business objectives and delivers measurable outcomes.
Coordinate complex, cross‑functional programs spanning product, technology, and operations teams, driving seamless execution and successful delivery of key Middle Office initiatives.
Translate high‑level business strategy into actionable product development plans, establishing clear accountability across teams and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery.
Champion Agile ways of working across Middle Office squads and release trains, mentoring Product Owners and ensuring Program Increments are planned and executed in line with Citi’s Agile strategy.
