We are seeking a candidate at the VP level to join our dynamic Spread Products team in London within the Single Name Lending business.

Primary Responsibilities of the role

  • Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions
  • Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions
  • Transaction management and documentation negotiation
  • Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling
  • Managing and working with key partners in Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk

What we need from you

  • Ability to lead a transaction and manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong corporate finance skill set with the ability to perform corporate credit analysis
  • Deep understanding of fixed income products, including loans and bonds
  • Proficiency in market analysis and risk management techniques
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preference is for candidates at a similar level in a leveraged finance, direct lending or infrastructure debt team at either a buyside or sell‑side firm.
