Citi's Investor Services team is seeking a dynamic AVP-level Product Manager with excellent attention to detail to support key initiatives within our Digital Assets Product team. This role involves supporting leadership in executing strategy, developing products, and commercializing digital asset solutions, primarily focusing on tokenization and collateral mobility. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with knowledge and experience in digital assets, blockchain technology, collateral management, and financial services, responsible for product development, management, and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and support scope sessions to document product requirements from key stakeholders.
- Develop business cases and prioritize according to client and firm value.
- Partner with adjacent product teams and control functions to design, develop, and implement integrated, end-to-end solutions.
- Capture all risks and controls, ensuring control framework robustness across all solutions.
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies and commercial structures for new capabilities, with accountability for commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with commercialization teams to understand client feedback and market trends, and to produce client-facing content.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in product management, business development, or a related role within the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of launching complex products in a regulated environment.
- Experience in custody, asset servicing, funds, collateral is highly desirable.
- Experience in risk compliance, risk and control-related roles highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with a strong ability to identify and communicate business opportunities to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be conversant with AI tools to improve quality and productivity.
- Bachelor's/University degree is required.
