Responsibilities:
- Support Program Initiative Leads in the execution of strategic deliverables, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Manage project plans end-to-end, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and tasks, while ensuring adherence to PMO standards.
- Facilitate and manage project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking action items.
- Produce accurate, insightful, and tailored project update materials and artifacts for various forums and committees.
- Create materials and coordinate various senior governance forums (e.g., SWG, STC, OPCO, DWG), ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Capability to manage both strategic, long-term initiatives and fast-paced, BAU-style changes.
Role overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Management Analyst to join our core Front Office Central Program Management Team. This is a hybrid role, combining the strategic oversight of a Project Manager with the analytical depth of a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and effective execution of strategic, long-term deliverables, as well as managing fast-paced, BAU-style changes across various workstreams. The role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex banking environments and drive outcomes in a dynamic setting. Significant experience in program/project management and change management.
Qualifications:
- Experience of the Front Office Trading environment (any asset class).
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
