We are seeking a visionary and hands‑on Product Lead, AI Product Engineering to join our Banking Technology group. This senior‑level, strategic role is for a leader who embodies a product mindset with deep technical expertise, thriving at the intersection of product management, artificial intelligence, and software engineering. The focus is on Capital Markets tooling, supporting professionals in debt and equity capital markets execution, financing workflows, AI agents, new deal opportunities, and client servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy for AI initiatives within Capital Markets tooling, analyzing market trends, business processes, and user pain points.
  • Translate the product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap, prioritizing features, epics, and user stories for the engineering team.
  • Act as the key technical and product leader for a dedicated engineering team, mentoring members and establishing modern engineering best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Capital Markets business stakeholders, end‑users, and the development team, articulating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Participate in hands‑on prototyping and architecture, building proofs‑of‑concept to validate innovative AI applications.
