Responsibilities
- Lead the buildout of engineering tools and real-time dashboards using Tableau, AG Grid, Java, Unix and Oracle.
- Own all data engineering utilities and ensure standard GFT processes are deployed for successful go-live of strategic ledger.
- Build AI capabilities for all qualified use cases.
- Perform initiatives related to development, functional testing, SIT, UAT, and product rollout into production.
- Design and implement scripts/plans for application testing strategy in collaboration with project managers, UAT professionals, and users.
- Include software quality assurance testing as part of responsibilities.
- Analyze organizational trends to improve data-related processes and incorporate AI industry trends into the Citi ecosystem.
- Handle day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
- Manage development activities for applications with large data volumes and complex rules/transformations.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure proactive cross-application downstream impact analysis and create test plans and strategies for multiple business-critical applications in Finance.
- Develop with existing Citi applications, implementations and configurations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience building high‑scalable, reliable dashboards covering industry products such as Tableau, AG Grid, Oracle, and Java.
- Proficiency with front‑end technologies (React, Angular) and associated back‑end tech stack.
- Experience in all aspects of data using Python for reconciliations, data comparison, data quality, and data security for SaaS or cloud‑based platforms.
- Experience leading development for enterprise‑scale platforms, products, or frameworks using Unix/SQL/Oracle/NoSQL/Netezza/Teradata.
- Experience managing development activities for applications with massive data and complex rules/transformations.
- Experience collaborating across teams and creating test plans/strategies for business‑critical applications in Finance.
- Knowledge of existing Citi applications, implementations and configurations.
