Citi Black Heritage Network Insight Program
The London Black Heritage Employee Network provides support to all employees, Black and mixed Black employees and Allies, celebrating the variety of experiences and perspectives of Citi\’s global colleague base and creating opportunities for allyship and community.
Our Black Heritage Employee Network has partnered with our Early Careers Team to host an insight program that promotes education, professional development and career success for the next generation of talent.
The 3‑day in‑person program is designed to give you the opportunity to explore what investment banking is all about. The program will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you relevant skills so it will be suited to those who are new to the industry.
Program Outline
Your time here will look something like this:
- Interactive workshops
- Presentations from senior management
- Skills sessions
- Team projects and presentations
- Networking and social events
After the program, participants will be able to apply for a place at an assessment centre in the autumn to be considered for a place on one of our 2027 summer analyst programmes.

Eligibility & Ideal Candidates
We want to hear from you if the program is open to all students in their first year of a three‑year undergraduate course or second year of a four‑year undergraduate in any discipline, or a Master’s course (graduating in 2028), and looking for their first exposure to the industry and the different business areas within it.
