We are seeking a Business Disruption Risk & Enterprise Resilience Manager to lead the design, implementation, and embedding of robust resilience capabilities across Markets Operations. This role directly supports the regulatory agenda, with a strategic focus on key services including Payments, Clearing, and Settlement. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure operational continuity in the face of disruptions.

What You'll Do

  • Framework Embedding: Drive the implementation and adoption of the Business Disruption & Safety Risk (BDSR) and Operational Resilience frameworks within Markets Operations globally.
  • Risk & Control Management: Oversee and manage risks related to third party business disruption, continuity of business (CoB), and safety & security across Markets.
  • Project & Testing Execution: Formulate and execute detailed project plans, validate plan capabilities, and lead annual testing cycles to enhance risk oversight.
  • Issue & Root Cause Management: Provide robust check and challenge on issue root causes, partnering with process owners to implement corrective action plans and oversee the Lessons Learned Policy.
  • Crisis Response & KRI Reporting: Operationalize Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and assist in evolving Citi's global crisis management and escalation frameworks.
  • Change Risk Assessment: Assess risk profiles for New Activities and business changes to ensure potential impacts are well understood and controlled.
  • Stakeholder Governance: Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to compile regulatory submissions and deliver governance and training.

What We'll Need from You

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Significant experience in Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP), Operational Resilience, and/or Continuity of Business (CoB) within a global financial services firm.
  • Risk Oversight: Proven track record in identifying risks, establishing controls, and delivering corrective action plans for large scale programs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with experience managing, coaching, and influencing global stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree required; Master's degree preferred.
