The Execution and Relationship Management for Leadership Development is a developing professional role. It deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. The role integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. A good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/job family is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of specific learning and development projects and programs (classroom, virtual instructor-led and web-based trainings).
- Acting as the primary point person for logistics, materials management, set-up, kick-off and on-site support for programs (both classroom training and virtual instructor-led training).
- Managing, tracking and recording development programs and participants on the Learning Management System (including setting up new learning items, enrolling participants and processing cancellations).
- Creating reports and preliminary analysis on the effectiveness of all programs and interventions, tabulating and summarising evaluation data.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. The role has a moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
