The Program
Here at Citi, we want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. Our programme starts on Monday 27th July 2026 and runs virtually for up to 5 weeks with a time commitment of 5-6 hours per week. During this time you will participate in a variety of commercial and business sessions and learn more about our business areas and culture. You will also have the opportunity to spend time in our London office and network with colleagues from various business areas. Following the programme, participants will be able to apply for a place at an assessment centre in the autumn to be considered for a place on one of our 2027 summer analyst programs. If you are not sure which business area at Citi is for you, that’s ok, we will help you find your fit.

We want to hear from you if:
The program is open to all students in their first year of a three-year undergraduate course or second year of a four-year undergraduate in any discipline or Master’s course (graduating in 2028), and looking for your first exposure to the industry and the different business areas within it.
