Team / Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities within the WITA (Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition) Partners team. The role will be supporting the team and assisting in activities such as the tracking of business financials, creating powerpoint presentations, analysing data, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. The role will also support on strategic projects across Workforce and Talent Acquisition globally.

What you\’ll do

  • Summarise and analyse data relating to Talent Acquisition
  • Developing and supporting with presentations for senior leadership, incorporating key findings, presenting and drilling down into data from sources including the Talent Acquisition (TA) Ops Dashboards (Tableau). This includes Town Halls, Ask Me Anything sessions, global and regional training, MOR decks, and the WITA Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Supporting with employee engagement initiatives, such as newsletters and communications on behalf of the WITA senior leadership team and their directs
  • Create PowerPoint presentations using data to underpin decisions and recommendations
  • Review data for completeness, accuracy, and conformity
  • Support with third party payments and invoice processing
  • Create communications such as newsletters, setting up monthly team meetings and quarterly Town Halls
  • Building & managing relationships with other teams within the SSD and wider WITA function, via knowledge sharing calls and project work

What we\’ll need from you

  • Business analysis experience required
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience creating documentation within standard development methodology
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor\’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
