As a Listed Trader, you will play a key role in supporting the desk’s trading activities and risk management processes. Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Maintain and calibrate volatility surfaces to support accurate option pricing across underlyings.

  • Execute trades and manage interactions with counterparties.
  • Support development and testing of proprietary strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Equity Derivatives, ideally with Listed Options trading exposure.
  • Solid understanding of Single Stock and Index Option pricing and volatility models.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
  • Proficient in Python for data analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Polars), SQL/database design, and object-oriented programming with solid grasp of software design patterns.
