CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking an experienced Permit Officer to join our Processing team on a permanent 2/1 continuous shift roster (nights & days), FIFO ex Perth.
Reporting to the Permit Supervisor, this role is accountable for managing the application of CPM Permit to Work system ensuring procedural compliance.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
- Overall management, implementation and safe application of the Permit to Work and Isolations & tagging procedures
- Undertake regular and ongoing liaison and coordination with the production, maintenance and construction teams to ensure permitting requirements are known, scheduled and implemented.
Successful applicant will have:
- Permit to Work systems within a processing environment
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space & Gas Test Atmosphere
- Mechanical isolation experience
- Frontline Management and TAE certifications are desirable
- A current Drivers licence
