Are you an experienced Health and Injury Coordinator? Come join our Health and Safety team on a permanent 8/6 roster, FIFO ex Perth (back-to-back role). You will be responsible for managing work and non-work related injuries and illnesses, applying effective early intervention strategies to all cases to achieve the best possible outcomes. The role will also involve working closely with the Health and Safety team on Health and Wellbeing projects. You will report to the Manager – Health & Injury Management.

Provide efficient and effective injury management services, accurate and timely advice on injury management and workers compensation issues to the business using your strong communication skills as you will liaise with a large number of key stakeholders which include; doctors, other medical professionals, contractors, Workers' Compensation Insurers, Human Resources and the Health and Safety Team.

Successful applicant will have:

  • Working knowledge of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act and Regulations 2023
  • Coordinating onsite Health and Wellness Programs
  • Relevant Tertiary education
  • A current WA Manual Drivers Licence is essential.
