Maintain accurate, credible CRM pipelines, including opportunity updates, de-commit discipline, win handovers, and post-deal reviews.
  • Client Franchise & Solution Ownership: Act as a Payments & Liquidity subject matter expert, leading client conversations on treasury transformation, liquidity optimization, payment modernization, and digital enablement. Partner with Client Executives and Banking to identify client needs, uncover wallet share opportunities, and shape differentiated, value-led propositions. Lead solution design and commercial structuring across the Payments & Liquidity portfolio, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Citi's strategic priorities. Drive data-driven origination, actively executing on campaign leads, analytics insights, and franchise priority initiatives. Provide high-quality feedback and insights from client engagements and campaigns to support continuous improvement across Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Oversee the development of compelling, accurate, and client-centric proposals and pitch materials, ensuring commercial rigor and consistency. Develop a strong understanding of client treasury environments, business models, and cash management requirements to support tailored solutioning. Proactively identify and manage risks, gaps, pricing considerations, and operational dependencies, escalating as needed.
  • Sales Discipline, Data & Execution Excellence: Embed and champion TTS Sales Disciplines (e.g., scorecard reviews and deal governance). Leverage sales and data tools to drive insight-led client conversations and prioritisation. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete CRM data, contributing to improved forecasting integrity and reduced deal rejections. Support CRM deal management, ensuring accurate and timely updates to pipeline data, opportunity status, sales cycle tracking, and reporting metrics. Support coordination with Project Management teams to ensure smooth transition from deal sign-off to implementation.
  • Risk, Control & Governance Leadership: Demonstrate strong understanding and ownership of Citi's Enterprise Risk Management Framework as it applies to Payments & Liquidity sales. Identify, assess, and actively manage risks arising from sales activities, ensuring early escalation and effective remediation. Ensure full compliance with Citi policies, including Code of Conduct, AML, Information Security, Data Governance, and Clean Desk requirements. Maintain a strong and stable control environment, with full ownership across: CRM accuracy, EERS, Training, T&E, and audit preparedness.
