This position requires in-depth Workday expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder management skills,**What you'll do:****Strategic Workday Leadership**: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and integrations. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Workday ecosystem.**Technology Relationship Management**: Act as the primary liaison and strategic partner between HR business stakeholders, technology teams, and external Workday vendors. Champion Workday best practices and governance standards.Project & Program Management Support: Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, adherence to timelines, and successful delivery of high-quality solutions.**Risk Management & Compliance**: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with Workday system changes, data security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Ensure adherence to the firm's reputation and safeguarding principles, demonstrating sound ethical judgment.**What we'll need from you:****Experience**: Experience in HR Technology, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with experience in Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and support.**Workday Expertise**: Demonstrated deep functional and technical expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Reporting).**Technical Acumen** Strong understanding of Workday integration methodologies (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) and advanced reporting capabilities (Custom Reports, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Dashboards).**Project Leadership**: Proven track record of leading significant Workday projects or workstreams from conception to deployment, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and change management.**Analytical & Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to distil complex issues into clear, actionable solutions specific to the Workday platform.**Communication & Influence**Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.**Certifications (**Preferred):Relevant Workday certifications (e.g. Workday HCM, Reporting, Integrations) are highly preferred.
