We always bring a client service attitude to our work and always strive to be energetic and maintain a good sense of humor.
Citi's Creative and Media Services team is looking for a talented and versatile designer to serve as the team’s first dedicated creative resource supporting International Communications. Based in London, this role will provide regional design and creative support to our International Communications team — enabling locally informed creative execution that reflects the audiences, markets, and communications priorities of the teams. Reporting to the Creative Lead based in New York, this role will work as an embedded creative partner for International Communications colleagues, delivering high-quality design across digital, social, event, and presentation formats while maintaining alignment with Citi's global brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with deep design craft, an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders, and operate independently as the team's regional creative lead.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary creative resource for our International Communications team, delivering design and visual content that reflects regional audiences, market context, and communications objectives.
- Design and produce a broad range of creative materials including digital content, social graphics, email templates, event visuals, presentations, and other communications assets for regional partners.
- Partner closely with the Creative Lead and New York-based design team to ensure regional creative output is aligned with Citi's global brand standards, visual identity, and quality expectations.
- Develop strong working relationships with International colleagues, serving as a trusted creative partner and point of contact for regional design needs.
- Support the development and execution of regional events, including live experiences, town halls, and firmwide moments that require locally produced creative and visual content.
- Contribute to scalable content creation through platforms such as Adobe Express, helping regional communications teams produce brand-consistent materials efficiently and independently.
- Support the rollout of creative tools and self-serve capabilities across regional partners.
- Maintain awareness of regional design trends, cultural considerations, and audience expectations that should inform how global creative is adapted or originated for local markets.
- Manage multiple concurrent design workstreams, communicating proactively with the Creative Lead and Production Coordinator on priorities, timelines, and capacity.
- Participate in broader CMS team collaboration, including regular touchpoints with the New York-based team, contributing to shared creative projects and department-wide initiatives as needed.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of work showcasing technical skills and creative edge across a range of digital channels.
- Extensive experience in graphic design, multimedia production or related field with increased responsibility, preferably with a large and complex organization.
